Elderberry, Beer & Lard Bar

This bar is made using pork lard from locally raised pigs, butchered and rendered by hand. The rendered fat produces a firm, long-lasting bar with a, creamy lather that rinses clean.

Elderberries grown in our garden are infused to bring a deep natural colour and subtle fruit character. Local beer adds extra lather and gives the soap a smooth, silky feel. The result is a balanced bar that is earthy and practical for everyday use.
