How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to process and pack all orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped via Canada Post or a local courier, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in Ontario.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, The Butcher’s Lather ships exclusively within Canada. As a small-batch producer focused on local sustainability, we are prioritizing our Canadian community first.

What is your return policy? 

Due to the personal nature of our small-batch soaps, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can make it right.
